The objective of the training is to familiarize participants with cutting-edge technologies and methods of waste utilization, including the comprehensive system of waste management, basic principles, the relevant EU and Hungarian legal regulations, as well as the types of waste that are created and the opportunities for their utilization.

Objective of the training:

The objective of the training is to familiarize participants with cutting-edge technologies and methods of waste utilization, including the comprehensive system of waste management, basic principles, the relevant EU and Hungarian legal regulations, as well as the types of waste that are created and the opportunities for their utilization.

Target group of training:

Anyone who is interested.

Content of course unit:

  • general waste management: concepts, definitions, European and Hungarian legal regulations, directives, the concept of the Circular Economy
  • waste streams, waste types, their amounts and tendencies
  • prevention, selective collection, utilization, complex systems

Duration of training program:

  • hours of theoretical classes: 8 hours
  • hours of practical classes: – hours
  • sum of hours spent with classes: 8 hours

Form of training: group training

Criterion for issuing the Training Program Certificate:

  • participation on the whole training
  • full payment of training fee

The aim is to familiarise the attendants with bio- and green waste utilisation, both theoretical and technical aspects. Define the requirements of proper composting in order to apply educational theory in practice and also to ensure independent activities at the composting facility
